Osteen Christmas

Here are a few photos of the decorating that Mimi has done so far this year for our Christmas. She is almost finished except for a few clean ups and gifts to be wrapped.

We've decided this year is the last year we use a skinny tree. Mimi thinks we need a BIG tree for our living room and I agree. However I think she did some fantastic tree trimming.

Here is her village she is working on. She is using clear lights for day and blue for night. She didn't put up the whole thing this year.

Instead of putting the village on the bar this year we decided to just put the larger Santas up there.

Recognize a certain Santa in this group?

A long shot

With the lights.

This is in the dining room. This is Gregory's tree. Mimi used his "Santa's hat" for the tree topper. It's decorated with blue lights and ornaments including his very first special ornament, a train.

Here it is in the light. Don't mind the internet box and phone charger.

The end of the bar.

The tub surround in my bathroom. The tree in the right hand corner is a live Norfolk Island pine and will only be living here temporarily. Mom and Sissie get to fight over it after Christmas as it will be lucky to make it to New Years.

On the counter top between the two sinks. Don't mind the toothpaste smears. Didn't see those and besides that's Frank's side. He should be more responsible.

This is my tree in my bedroom on my dresser. Don't have it plugged in right now but it is pretty at night. Notice my train ornament also. The red bows on the tree are a bone of contention between Mimi and me as she hates them.

So that is our home decorated for now. I will update again once she is done. I am so proud of the way she has done it this year. I would have loved to have put up all my Santas but we decided to keep it down this year. (let her turn her back long enough and I will have them out LOL).
