Some days you have good days, some days you have bad days and then you have days like yesterday. I woke up yesterday morning and instantly had TWO, not one, but two back to back full blown panic attacks! I haven't had one of those in a very long time. Anxiety attack every now and then sure. But these were break-thru attacks and they were very strong. I am so thankful that Frank was here for his two days off. He is my rock. Of course he has to leave tonight again but I know I will be alright.
The second one was so bad I had to call mom to talk me through it. We believe that I have had soo much stress lately that I let it all build up and this was how it came out. Having a new baby in the house is very stressful but very fun. He is so adorable. He hasn't been the cause of the stress but other things add up you know. Mimi has a rodeo coming up on June the 11th and while I am excited for her, I am nervous about it also. Her last competition was about horsmanship. She was training for barrels and pole bending but have since found out that Laramie is an excellent cow pony. So Mimi has switched and has now been in training for ranch sorting (cutting cattle). She works with a partner and the only drawback is that Laramie doesn't like to share and tries to hog all the action so Mimi really has her hands full.
Finally getting my blood pressure back under control. Was having a very real problem with it the last couple of weeks but then again that could be from all the pressure also. Mimi and I are in the process of cleaning and turning things around. Now that Frankie and Shelby have moved back to their home, we can get things back to the way they were. I know we are tired but it is beginning to look like we want it. No more clutter. I was sitting down in her room (which is on the opposite end of the house) the other night after we were done for the day, and I was sooo tired. Mimi just sat there for a moment, we didn't say anything, then all of a sudden she asked me what I was doing. I told her that I was too tired to walk to my room so I was waiting on the bus to come. Of course she thought I was crazy but hey, you're talking to the woman who wanted extra stalls installed in the guest bathroom. Of course I got vetoed down. But hey, they are the ones who have to share. I have my own private domain and no one enters it!
Matter of fact I found some of the newest innovations in toilets online the other day and would like to share them with you. These are amazing (or crazy, you decide).

Everybody poops, so Arizona State University decided they needed to invent a “transgenerational toilet”
The “Go With the Flo” toilet functions like a squat toilet.
And finally
PORTABLE PAPER TOILETS
Dang Jingwei’s Portable Toilet allows you to be able to pop a squat and take care of business no matter where you are. This biodegradable design is packed with soil and coal ash to keep your deposit where it belongs.
Dang Jingwei’s Portable Toilet features a peel-off cover that can be reused as a seal once you’re finished. No more digging holes in the forest or hoping to find a stinky porta-potty!
